Your content, excluding credit-card information, may be transferred unencrypted over different networks and adapted to technical requirements. Credit-card information is encrypted during network transfer.

We try to display product colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces colors correctly.

Section 15 — Severability

If any provision is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it remains enforceable to the fullest extent permitted and the unenforceable portion is severed. The validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.

Section 16 — Termination

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive this agreement’s termination.

These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate them by telling us that you no longer wish to use the Services or by ceasing use of the site.

If we believe you failed to comply with these Terms, we may terminate the agreement without notice. You remain liable for amounts due through the termination date, and we may deny access to the Services.

Section 17 — Entire Agreement

Failure to exercise or enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

These Terms and posted policies or operating rules constitute the entire agreement governing the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, oral or written. Ambiguities are not construed against the drafting party.

These Terms and any separate agreements for the Services are governed by Romanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence.
